Refund and Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products purchased from dmdealers.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, opened, over half used or empty products. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items to the original seller.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice or sales order. Exchanges are only accepted on unused products.

Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may apply.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@dmdealers.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

If your order qualified for a gift with purchase, the entire gift must be returned with the item(s).

Return Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, email support@dmdealers.com to receive the return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

International duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
