Where We Ship
Currently, we ship within U.S.A only. We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon — stay tuned!
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow your glow to your doorstep or mail box.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays (especially during busy seasons).
Carriers
We currently ship orders via FedEx and USPS through WooCommerce Shipping.
Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment so you can monitor your order in real time.

Shipping is FREE on orders $80 and above — no code needed!
Where We Don’t Ship
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder just in case.
Delays or Issues
While we do everything possible to get your order out quickly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
